I do. But because I help people dig deeper into their motivations, many people decide that their previous physique goals start to matter less to them. Healthy eating will empower you in countless ways beyond the scale. For some people, intentional fat loss is a source of joy and positivity. For other people, fat loss is a band-aid for deeper issues. We’ll chart the best path for you together.

I offer a one-time paid session so you can see what coaching feels like. But we can only do so much in one session. Being nervous about committing is a good sign. It shows that you care a lot about the outcome and are worried about failure. These feelings are completely normal!

These feelings are completely valid. You may have even experienced judgment from other people about your body and eating habits. You also know that what you are currently doing isn’t working. Something about your behavior will need to change. It’s normal to be afraid of change. But change doesn’t need to mean being punished or restricted.
I have been where you are. I am where you are, fighting the good fight in my own life. My approach is built on compassion and understanding. I will push you, but I will never judge you. Even better, I’ll teach you how to not judge yourself.

That’s completely up to you! We start with a minimum 3-month commitment, then we continue our coaching relationship until you feel ready to move on. I find most clients organically know when they are ready to continue their work alone. We can always discuss ways to stay in touch if you think less frequent support would benefit you after you complete your initial commitment.

As a fellow busy professional, I can imagine it feels overwhelming to add one more thing to your already busy life. And yet, how well is constantly thinking about food, but never spending time on positive change going for you? You need support to live life with your body and wellbeing as a priority.
We’ll meet every other week for about an hour. My coaching is designed to fit seamlessly into your life with flexible scheduling and virtual sessions. We’ll focus on practical strategies that reflect your life as it is and work with your schedule, not against it.
